INSPIRATION

I still remember the wonderful aromas of the Old Fashioned Bakeries in my community when I was just a young boy.  Truly delightful, you would smell it a mile a way in the Winter and when you pulled into the parking lot it was more intense still.  Steam coming from the flue, maybe it was Water Rolls at that moment or Doughnuts, if you inhaled again you may be able to smell a hint of Cinnamon.  Usually a tell tale sign of what you would experience when you walked through the front door, or for that matter the back door.  It was all good. 

Well forty years later those memories are sharp, pungent and instilled deep in my roots.  This is the Inspiration behind Mill Pond Bakery Solutions.

A Third Generation Old World Scratch Baker still working his Craft by introducing to his clients the best that can be offered in the form that meets their needs.  Gone are the retail bakeries in many communities today, but that Old Fashioned goodness can still be found.
